WTH - Dashboard Gauges Custom tap/hold action

As per buttons, allow tap and hold actions to be set for gauges.

Some times it would be super useful to navigate to a device or long term stats view rather than the default - or even perform other actions as per a button card.

Also duplicate of WTH does the gauge card not have the tap_action option?
