often, I need to find the entity id, but after selecting it in the states tab in dev tools, I only see the friendly name. Entity ID should be shown in the yaml or somewhere where we can copy/paste it.
It is shown below in filtered table but many agree that it is useless to see the name in “set state” section. Sounds like a duplicate of WTH Why can’t we get back entitiy_ids in frontend but with screenshots
