As says in the description, we can modify the tooltip but not the title.
Only alternative is to make it invisible, but it will still be there, if you try to put to state-badge close enough, clicking where the description is shown would still triger, because is invisible, not removed.
Is quite a WTF given that in mobile there’s not ‘tooltip’ or ‘hover’ that we can remove that, but not what is visually and interactively there.
