WTH -- Why don't updates allow "Update Tonight"?

Updates currently let you “Skip” or “Update”. WTH can’t we schedule the update with a “Schedule Update” button? Possible with options like, “In 1 Hour”, “Tonight”, “This Weekend”, etc.

WTH from 2022: WTH why can't we have a button "schedule update for tonight"?
