Hi. I have the SC07-MR which are Smoke detector + CO sensor working with the SBS50 Base. I tried the integration, and it seems to be working ok. The only issue I have is that the Configuration section, where I should have the posibility to send TEST command to the devices doesn’t appear in the integration. Is there anything I can do about it?. Happy to help with any work needed to make this work. If anyone can advice on how to.
I have done a real smoke test and it worked. in the integrattion the status of the Alarm changed to ON and then OFF once the alarm conditions were gone
X-Sense is giving me beta access.
Hello Jarno,
I hope you are doing well!
You should receive the products over the course of this week. You are very welcome to familiarise yourself with their features in advance.
We are planning to release the Home Assistant integration in December. If you are interested, I can activate beta access for your account so that you can test the features before the official release.
Please let me know if this would be of interest to you.
Thank you very much and best regards,

Hello, do you have the possibility to check this issue?
TY
Just installed addon, instructions were supper easy. Works like a charm. Added base station(SBS50), 1 XPOA-MR(Smoke/Carbon Voice), 12 SC07-MR(Smoke/Carbon).
@Jarnsen thanks for the great work on this.
What about the alarm system? Will the door/window sensors also be listed in Home Assistant?
Is it possible to integrate XS0D-MR? I couldn’t find any clear reference, but since they only launched some months ago it might just be missing in the docs.
Have you already been able to do some tests?
Very much looking forward to the new officially supported integration. What we have now is great, and I do truly appreciate the work done by the community to build it out, but when you get the company on board, well, that just can’t be topped.
I wonder what the timeline is for this. No mention of the new integration in the beta notes for the first December release. Hope it comes not too long after.
Good news. Will x-sense solar camera SSC0A also be part of this integration?
Next Step
Hello Jarno,
we’re planning to start the beta testing phase for the Home Assistant integration next week. Could you please share the serial number (SN) of the SBS50 base station you are currently using? We would then prepare it for the upgrade.
Once the upgrade is completed, I will let you know the firmware version of the base station that supports the Home Assistant feature. After the update, you can check the version number. If everything is correct, the feature should work without any issues.
Thank you in advance, and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!
Best regards,

Hi all, I’m looking for new smoke sensors which integrate into HA and stumbled upon this thread, really interesting to see so much is going on! And apparently an official integration is in the works, neat.
A technical question I have on the smoke sensors. Do any of you know if the XS01-M or XS0B-MR smoke sensors also have an integrated temperature sensor? And if that value is available in the HA integration? Thanks.
I just installed 6 XS01-M and 2 SC07-MR and it all seems to work (not sure if the smoke sensor actually triggers in HA when the alarm goes off, need to test that).
The XS01-M does not have a temperature sensor.
If the new integration is internet/cloud free I will buy the smoke detectors for our house.
But it needs to work local. (cloudflare was down again a few hours ago
)
Would be really cool if x-sense is joining Works With HA!
Thanks for the work in this integration! I’ve installed a SBS50, with two leak sensors, SWS51. In the integration the only sensor that might be the indicator shows up as a smoke sensor:
I will test the sensor for operation, but is it worth reporting this as a bug? Is the SWS51 a supported sensor?
(the Configuration button worked like the test feature)
BTW, great news about the future local integration!
hi Scott, no need to report it, I am already aware of it.
I had plans to look at a lot of the issues this week but unfortunately I lacked time again.
I’m curious about the new official integration. They will be able to provide much better support than I could. It was sometimes frustrating, mainly because the lack of time.
Thanks @theosnel!
You should have no problem going into the smoke entity and changing it to moisture.
Luckily water leak, like smoke/motion/contact, is a simple binary sensor so just changing the entity should be enough.
Yeah, from the sound of it it should be an offline one as they say cloud won’t be required. Too late for me though, I went with the aqara ones.
