Het probleem is dat de domain naam vervallen is en dat sherlock opnieuw de domain naam moet kopen, daarom werkt de app niet.
Dit is momenteel in behandeling.

I would like to install a sherlock s2. during app pair process after scanning the QR code receive the following error message : “Device has already added please delete from list first” i do not have access any previous account or app where this lock used before. Is there anything i can do? or contact to?
I want to share some conclusions that I made from problems that I get:
1 - After geting a lock do work, don’t reset the lock. Even If the app stop’s working. Because if you do, everything stops working, even the fob key. And to put it to work you need to reconfigure the lock on the app.
2 - If you reset the lock you need to delete the lock from the app, or else you will get an error that the lock is already bounded. So go to settingss of the lock, on the app, and choose delete.
3 - when deleting the lock from the app, it will prompt for password. If you get an error “password in wrong format”, that means that you have special caracters in password. Change the passaword for a more simple one, and try again.
4 - It seens that when you configure the lock, the serial number is stored in a database associated with your account/phone number (?). So If you try to configure the lock again, without delete the lock from the app, you will get a message that the device already existe or is configured. So witlhout delete the lock from you account you can’t reconfgure the lock.
5 - the pairing of the fogs it’s a little dificult. First, press and hold the button on the fog. The led, after a few seconds will turn blue, then after a more few seconds will blink grren/and red. Then stops. So to pair the fog you must put the app on pairing mode, a few second before the fog blinks grren and red, after the led stop blink, stop pressing and press again.
Do somebody know how is maintaining this DB where the locks are registered? support contact?

If you don’t have access to the account or the app where are you getting the error “Device has…”?
That error apears when you try to add a lock to the app and the lock was already configured. So where did you get that lock? Did you create another account? To solve that you need to delete the lock in the app where it was initially configured, only after you can reconfigure the lock.
What version do you have? Mine is V3.6.10 210506001. I can send the link to download if you need’t.

I bought the lock second hand, i try to contact the seller again, who was selling it because it was to complicated to install any android app to him from links. hope he remember his account and pass.
i thought might be out there some support contact who maintaining this database. but until now i could not find any
Do you have the cards with the serial number or is the serial number inside the compartiment of the battery? Because you will need this code to add the lock to the app. But first you have the problem of the lock already been configured in the database. There is someone that wrote in this post that he get help from someone. Try to search to get help. I get help from a aliexpress seller but now it seens that the store is closed. So try to ask help from a aliexpress store that sells the Sherlock lock. Good lock
anybody got a clever hardware method solution to check the lock state? Maybe by the turn of the key inside it ? Position is the same even if its locked/unlocked.
I already have this status from the android app (bluelok in my case). but if the lock is triggered manually i dont know the state anymore.
May I ask what is the app you are using? The Sherlock app doesn,t work for me anymore. It gives me a kind of possibly error message in chinese language…
Hello everyone. Unfortunately Sherlock’s app crashed in Android 12 update. Anyone has some hint or updated version? I tried decompiling the APK but I couldn’t rebuild the application. If someone help me with Sherlock’s app project, I can deliver one updated version here.
