ZHA service to read any attribute in Zigbee Cluster

ZHA functionnality to read any attribute in entity.
It’s essential for “not exposed” Zigbee data :slight_smile:

This functionnality exist in HA UI.
We just need an zha.get_zigbee_cluster_attribute service like zha.set_zigbee_cluster_attribute .

This is just a workaround.
zha.get_zigbee_cluster_attribute service does not exist in HA :frowning:
