Zigbee2mqtt last seen available only for newly added devices

Hello,
I enabled the following in zigbee2mqtt to show the last seen:

advanced:
  last_seen: ISO_8601_local

After this I added one device and it shows the last seen in HA, however it was initially disabled in HA but I enabled it.
However, for my previously added devices it doesn’t show the last seen. How can I get this to show for all Z2M devices in HA?
