Zwave dual relay switch status

i am using zwave dual relay switch, Problem dual relay maunal way on/off dont update status in HA

same topis somebody already opened but no body reply is there no solution for such things

here is log on zwave plus that change status whe i try to on/off switch according to state below if zwave panel log on 2 different switch on dual relay with manual on/off

after update 0.42.4 its stop working any idea ?

I have not update to 0.42.4 yet … Not sure what happened … You should check the logs …

Here is Zwvae log its look ok but HA not chnaging status on GUI
