Ambient Light - Scenes Toggle Helper - To ensure the smooth operation of the automation, it’s recommended to create a separate toggle helper specifically for enabling ambient options.

Ambient Light - High Lux Value - Keeping it inline and up to date with the sensor light blueprint.

Thank you for this blueprint. I’m using this automation in combination with your sensor light blueprint. I’m trying to set up a movie mode.
Everything seems to be working as it should except for when I turn the apple tv off. Instead of returning to the lights before I started watching a movie it turns all the lights off instantly as soon as I turn the apple tv off. I read in this thread ( FAQ - How To Use The Automation Link Option) that I should not use the “The Start Turn OFF Options” or “The End Turn ON Options”.
I have followed every instruction, but i must do something wrong. My lights turn off when i pause, instead of going back to the settings before the automation started.
Sorry my bad I was going to update this as it is an old FAQ and is not relevant any more. Good new is you made me update it and it now details how to use it correctly. Sorry for the stuff around and thanks for getting me to update it ASAP
Have a look at it again and let me know if this has now resolved your problem. Click Here

Thank you for your quick response. Is it possible to change the “End Turn ON - Lights - Switches - Scenes” to allow scripts?
I am using a script in the linked automation do determine what lights to turn on and with what settings and I would like to just use that script to turn the light back on.
I tested it with the snapshot for now and that works!
The Intermission function works just fine when the state of my apple tv is ‘paused’. But somehow i cannot get it to work with ‘Idle’ (or ‘Inactief’ in dutch)
I would like to make the lights slightly brighter when paused or idle and turn them off when standby.
Looks like you have Idle and it should be idle case sensitive. Best way is to look in your developer tools and put it into idle. Then just copy paste the state.

End Turn ON - You can now select scripts. If you are using a script in the Sensor Light Blueprint this allows you to use the same script when using the automation link option.

Super awesome as always. A few nitpicks about the awesome app feature (mostly just proper app labeling):
If the app is for an Apple TV, rename it to “Apple TV”. (E.g. Plex - Apple TV) vs just “Apple” as that’s not always specific enough.
HBO Max is now just officially “Max”
I’m not sure what the plain “Apple TV” in the app list refers to? Do you mean “Apple TV+” the streaming service? That app is on other platforms too, so I would relabel it to “Apple TV+ - Apple TV” to be clearer
Maybe use ( ) around the media player platform name? “Apple TV+ - Apple TV” looks a bit messy. “Apple TV+ (Apple TV)” I think looks better.
Awesome thanks! Just one question…what app is “Apple TV & TV+” though?
Apple TV = The physical black puck that runs tvOS
Apple TV+ = The streaming TV service for movies/TV shows
I think it should read “Apple TV+ (Apple TV)” to remain consistent with the rest of the list, assuming you mean Apple’s streaming service app when using the physical Apple TV black box.
Because it is Apple TV (The physical black puck that runs tvOS) we don’t need to say it is Apple TV like this ‘Apple TV & TV+ (Apple TV)’. In apple TV you go into the app ‘Apple TV’ inside that app you can play your movies or anything you purchased etc. You can also select Apple TV+. It is all the same app app_id. So there are 2 parts to the app.
