Adding Xiaomi Cube to Home Assistant

I have a Xiaomi Gateway and a Aqara Cube.

Then I go to HA, and I can see the entity is there:

And on device list:

However, I can’t associate it to the blueprint below,

It says no matching entities.

Same happens to this other one blueprint:

The two blueprints you linked are for ZigBee2MQTT (first one) and for ZHA (second one). You are using neither of those, you are using the Aqara integration.

What do I need to do in order to be able to create automations based on cube actions then ?

I guess nobody wrote a blueprint to use the cube+aqara gateway. I wrote some automations to that, but it’s not in blueprint format. You may look into this: Xiaomi cube package to control lights and grab some ideas from that.
