Calendar first weekday does not use local standard

In Android app, first weekday in the calendar does not follow the standard local setting, eg it shows Sunday as first weekday, even though Monday is the first weekday in Denmark and both phone and app is set to Danish…

It’s not just the Android app. The home assistant calender does not currently have the ability to adjust the week starting day. There are a number of feature requests for this:

Well, thats it. Most of countries start their weeks on monday.

Calendar - Ability to select the "First day of the week"

The new calendar integration looks very nice, one thing I noticed is that Sunday is by default the first day of the week. While this might be true for some people (not sure who ) in Europe we consider Monday to be the “First day of the week”. Having somewhere in the calendard integration a settings page where we can set this would be useful. That same settings page can be used to add additional features in the future. Hope it makes sense Thanks

Calendar panel settings

I love the ‘new’ calendar panel, but I would like to be avle to change settings. I need to change week startday to Monday I need it to remember which calendar I have unchecked I need to hide the calendar list Am I the only one?

Will this even implement in near future? Im not a programmer but it can’t be hard to make this possible?
