Something to note. I got the error immediately after setting up the integration. I stepped away for a while and played with the mobile app and came back to HA about an hour later. To my surprise, all the control features were there and the error messages had gone. I guess it resolved itself? Hopefully your fix addresses future issues.
Home Assistant looses connection to Cielo every 2 hours. Cielo maintains network connection, but Home Assistant Cielo add-on looses connection.

I can also confirm that this is working with my very recently (yesterday) installed MrCool 4th-Gen 18k unit.
The integration is working perfectly. I wish it had local control but for now it is nice to have it integrated 
Not tested on the 4th gen (I have the 3rd gen DIY MrCool units, but these little $10 devices give perfect local control
Warning: for MrCool units, because of the weird USB design, I had to make little extensions to fit my units (may be changed in the 4th gen)
First of all, thank you very much for creating this. I am a noob and have only been using HA for less than a month but I had no problem installing this and it works great, with one caveat. The āLightā control seems to be non-existent. It is not shown as an entity, nor on the panel above the power button as in your example pics. The reason this matters is because my 3rd Gen Mr Cool is located directly above my bed and any time the unit is turned from off to on the temp/wifi display remains on and is annoyingly bright. Also, when the display is on it also beeps loudly on all commands. The controller is a BREEZ-I, Firmware 2.5.3,2.5.0. Itās unfortunate because any use case I can think of for this integration would trigger at any time, day or night. Iām not sure if there is anything you can see on your end, but I just thought Iād throw this out there, just in case. Thanks!
There are a handful of options that show up in the cielo app that are not present in this integration (e.g. Turbo and āFollow Meā). Are these items that could be added or is there a limitation? Thanks
Anyone seeing their devices being unavailable.
I have removed and added the integration again - when logging in it does pick up the 2 Mr Cool devices that I have but they are not controllable.
Ideas?
I have that same issue, my cielo device appear unavailable. I guess something was changed server wise.
Iām having the same issue with this integration. Looks like itās broken at the moment. Hopefully someone smarter than me can figure it out!
Update to the latest version, seems to be resolved.
Are there instructions on how to update? It doesnāt show one as available. Donāt want to lose my settings if possible. Thank you.

Go to the āHACSā page, and youāll see it there. I needed an update, but I still am getting Invalid Authentication when trying to recreate the integration. I deleted it trying to get it to work again, and cannot re add. @bodyscape

Iām confused at how to use this for a Mr Cool DIY minisplit system. Is the first step to somehow get the Mr Cool added to https://cielowigle.com? I canāt figure how I would get the code to do that since the Mr Cool doesnāt have a thermostat that displays the code that CieloWigle needs.
Anyone having any issues with the add-on? I lost connection to my devices this morning and tried re-adding them and itās saying bad credentials when I try to add them. Thanks for any help!
I also lost connection today, it says āUnavailableā.
Iām using this in HA to connect to Cielo which controls my MrCool mini-splits. MrCool has an app to control their MiniSplits, and they outsource the functionality to Cielo. The MiniSplits have internal thermostats and a WiFi dongle that interface to Cielo, just like their thermostats.
So this interface worked great for about 2 weeks. I thought the unavailable status today had something to do with the power outage we just experienced, but my Cielo/MrCool phone app interface still works.
Does this have something to do with 2FA now bring used on the Cielo servers? If so, is there a workaround so the single authorization will work again?
Oh man. I also had a power failure this morning and since then my Cielo integration hasnāt been working, so I too have been pulling my hair out trying to fix it (but consistently getting authentication errors each time when trying to reinstall the integration). Iām glad to see Iām not the only one running into this, but what a frustrating coincidence with the power failure!
