How to add community build component to home assistant

Hi, I found a component that i wanna add to my home assistant with the following link:

I tried to add this link to Hass.io > add-on store > repositories. But it did not seems working. What is the right way to do it? Thanks

There is a difference between Hassio add-ons and Home Assistant custom components.
For Hassio add-ons, you add them to Hass.io -> add-on store -> repositories, after that you can install them.
Home Assistant custom components work also on non-hassio HA. You create a folder named custom_components under /config, and install the custom components there.

I see. Install means download all the files from github and put it under /config/custom_components?
