How to install HA on QNAP

So have you managed to get the USB stick for zigbee/zwave going?
Also would be great to know which stick you would be using.

And just to compare notes:
I have also got the 16GB (+4GB existing) upgrade on my 253D, for total of 20GB. My HassOS VM baseline is 2 cores w/ 1GB.
