I have not used my Home Assistant on a Raspberry Pi for a while.
It is not working, all I get is: (WARN) Home Assistant CLI not starting! Jump into emergency console…
The web interface does not work either.
Any advice on what I should do?

Tried all these things - nothing works
Does this mean a fresh install?
Try a fresh install. If that works, recover from backup.
Thanks MaxK!
I have done a flash and I am not going to use the backup - to many things were going wrong the last time I used the Raspberry Pi 3 B
I now still, cannot access Home Assistant through my browser.
I can see the CLI.
What could be going on?
From the cli, what is the output from:
ha network info
The output indicates that there is no network connection from the Pi to the network. Is the pi plugged directly into the router? Is the network cable ok (try a different cable)?
It is plugged into ethernet via mesh - I have moved it across to ethernet port 1 as it was in WAN! This is what I now get - I still cannot access it -
You’re still not connected. Try connecting it straight to the router, not through some mesh-device.
I cannot do that - it is in a separate room! I would not be able to think to the monitor to see CLI
You do not need the monitor/cli if it connects to the network properly.
If you get it connected to the network properly you wouldn’t need a monitor.
Did you reboot your Pi after moving the cable to a different port?
I did reboot.
It is now plugged directly into the router, but still is not working
The router probably assigned a new ip address. Check the router for the correct ip address and try to connect from a PC and use the new ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8123
The only problem is, I do not know which of the 52 devices on my network it is!
Find the matching Mac address from the screen shot you provided. B8:27:EB:58:DC:5E
Thanks -oddly it is not there!
