I have my Satel Integra32 finally installed … I am testing with ABAX2 (firmware 6.02) and an APMD250, but the detection in Home Assistant seem to be almost instant when I enable “always on” option in the PIR (I know the batter life will be less ;-)).
Sorry, I don’t know. Google translate would be your last resource, it’s doing not a bad job these days. Or better yet - https://www.deepl.com/ , these guys are even better sometimes…
Unfortunately, no… I was never able to solve this. I think it has something to do with my installation which required the installer to integrate our existing garage doors into the new alarm system. I’m thinking that they applied a workaround solution to achieve this which makes my integration with Home Assistant not work.
I solved: the documentation is incorrect:
code string (optional)
The INTEGRA ID (found in DLOADX under “Communication configuration” or in polish “Komunikacja Konfiguracji” section), it’s needed for making use of the switchable_outputs.
Correctly as follows:
code string (optional)
Access code of any user, or create a separate user for Home Assistan integration.
ahhhh… I see. OK… I will try that. Thanks a lot for the info. I would be amazed if all of this time that was the blocking point. I will post back here if I get it working. Thanks a lot XSA!
For me as well. That’s why I thought the integration was working properly and just my set up was not good for triggering the switchable outputs. Thanks again!
Use the port where the garage door opener is phiscally connected to. According to previous post of yours it is 17 and 18. There is nothing to do with triggering zones.
It worked!!! I can’t believe that it was that simple. I spent hours trying to debug this last year. And following your tip, it was solved in 5 minutes (1 minute to update the code… 4 minutes to restart the HA core).
Hello, my name is Nicola, I am approaching for the first time to home assistant, I have installed on rasberry, I can configure everything (sockets controlled etc) now I bought a central integra64 with eth1 plus, I would like to control from ha, but I have some doubts.
in HA i created my own dash board, but i can not create a dedicated card for the alarm.
i have a default Alarm Panel Card Configuration but it is in error.
someone can give me a guide
Is it possible to create a virtual zone and connect it to a virtual output. I want to be able to trigger the alarm system from within home assistant.
I have fibaro smoke sensors connected to home assistant and I would like to trigger fire alarm when the fibaro smoke detectors detect smoke.
Zone type 8: follow output does not work
UPDATE: I have it working now. I created a virtual output using a 25: BI switch
I created a zone using type 8 followeing the virtual output and set 33: 24h smoke
Now I have a switch in Home Assistant and a binary sensor. Flipping the switch flips the zone and boom. Fire alarm is triggered!
You have to select the Entity. I have a device alarm.panel. available when adding the alarm to the configuration.yaml.
This is basic Home Assistant stuff. Make other things work first and you will understand the rest of this problem.
