I am simply missing the figures I can get from the wallbox via app or browser.
Foremost the energy counter shown here from the web ui with 676 kWh
That is the cumulative counter that constantly increases. Everything else I could do with helpers like daily, weekly, monthly, yearly consumption figures.
But for that I will need a proper bases cause I had tried to do that before but then the consumption figure exploded inside HA to 800 kWh on october 6th or so. Now all my figures are crap.
Therefore I suggest to implement a proper HA sensor as increasing counter based on the wallbox portal figures which you can see here. We got the wallbox 1,5 years ago but installed that in july 2024 and since then we are struggling one way or the other.
The figure itself and the measurement looks quite accurate cause we also have a SDM72 3 phase meter inside the distribution box with a counter.
Would be nice to get this 676 kWh figure on the lower right corner as total and increasing counter
The wallbox deserves a proper energy counter sensor and a better translation cause the german UI is not well translated “zusätzlilche Energie” means “additional energy” but it seems to be the daily charging counter which would mean “geladene Energie” or into the car charged energy but not energy added or additional energy.
I can do some translation but I was wondering from the beginning why the translation quality is at that low level. But I guess the acceptance is low at least here.
Right now I can not upload the screenshot, might have to upload and edit that later … same issue I had already months ago. I could not create a simple topic.
But now it is done, I had to open a new chrome tab and open the website again or rather a second time and then I was asked if I wanted to open the draft which I did and then copied everything manually.

These are basics. And the german translation is terrible, the worst I have seen.
This sensor is called in german “zusätzliche Energie” which is nonsense , those works do no make sense and it might come from “added energy” even though english speaker would call it most likely “energy charged into the battery / vehicle”
In german that would mean “geladene Energie” or “ins Fahrzeug geladene Energie”.
And all other sensor translation are at the same level, which is a shame cause the right or better translations are available in the wallbox cloud if you look here
“Abgegebene Energie” means energy delivered to the vehicle … far better than “zusätzliche Energie” aka “additional energy”!
Quite sad story for this Wallbox product that also suffers big time from a firmware that is not OCPP conform. Our Pulsar Plus bought in spring 2023 is not getting the firmware update to 6.x which will fix the ocpp bugs cause those who have gotten that firmware already do no longer suffer, but Wallbox has changed the internal hardware so much that they need different firmware versions for their same “pulsar plus wallbox” - big mess too. Still waiting for 6.x for months already and nothing has happened.
This is unacceptable. The biggest consumer in the house hold is not able to report accounting figures properly right now in Home Assistant.
Wallbox should fix this soon. And of cause the outdated 5.x Firmware where others already have gotten 6x and our Wallbox is just 1,5 years old and 3 months in use.
