Water heater card to match the more info dialog

The thermostat card was recently redesigned in https://github.com/home-assistant/frontend/pull/18709 to match the design of the climate more info dialog. The water heater more info dialog has a similar design, and it would be great to have this as a dashboard card as well.

i agree! should be a quick fix!

And it should be higher up on priority as it is very generic to all water heaters, it’s not brand specific
