Alexa actionable notification rooms presence

This project uses the excellent work of Keaton Taylor and is designed to simplify presence monitoring in rooms(area) with the help of Alexa.

The process is simple: just select one or more motion sensors and configure the time within which the sensor switches from the ‘on’ state to the ‘off’ state.

A unique aspect of this design is its ability to manage automation automatically in different rooms.

If at least one light or media_player device is on in a room where a motion sensor is triggered, the Alexa device in that room will take action.

Alexa will ask you if anyone is still in the room, and if no answer is received, it will automatically turn off the lights and media_players.

In addition, the project provides an optional bedpresence status monitoring function. If you have the entity starting with binary_sensor.bedpresence_, you can integrate it into the project to monitor presence in beds. However, it is important to note that the project will still work effectively without this functionality.

This design is highly flexible and can autonomously detect which room to run automation in based on the activation of motion sensors.

To ensure proper operation of the project, it is essential to assign devices to the appropriate areas, and the system will operate completely autonomously.
